CAKE CARE
Handling & Transportation
Cake boxes should be held upright, steady and level to avoid decorations from falling off, or a cupcake from toppling over.
Please place cake boxes onto a level, non-slip surface and try to avoid bumpy roads if possible (turn your car gently). The best place to keep your cake is on the floor of the passenger side with the A/C directed on it.
Never leave cakes out in direct sunlight as they will melt, become unstable and result in a terrible form of existence :<
Cake Serving Care
If not serving right away please keep your cakes refrigerated in the meantime.
For buttercream cakes, we recommend letting them sit out at room temperature for 60 to 90 minutes; meanwhile, whipped cream cakes are ready to serve at any time.
If buttercream frosting seems crumbly or hard in texture, the cake is still too cold. Allow cake to rest at room temperature a little longer.
Please remove any inedible decorations like flowers, papers, plastic bubbles, or candles before cutting.
How should I store my left over?
Leftover can be stored in an airtight container either in the refrigerator or freezer to maintain maximum moisture and freshness.
Our cakes are best served on the day of pick up.
If you would like to consume at a later date, you may also refrigerate cakes up to 5 days unless the cake has fresh fruits which needs to be consumed within 3 days.
FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
How much notice in advance do you require?
Cakes are booked on a first-in, first-served basis. Therefore, it is best to provide notice and complete the payment to lock in your date as soon as possible, especially for large and personalized cake, as we receive enquiries up to 1 week in advance. Because our supplies may not be in-stock at all time.
For most fruit cakes, a minimum of 1 day notice is absolutely okay!
How do I place a pre-order?
We only take order through Facebook, Messenger, phone message/call, and in-store only. We do not take order from any other party. Once you are in one of those options, the staffs will help you to get through the order process.
Do you have a bespoke cake price list?
There is a table that lists starting price in each gallery section. All of our cakes are customized to suit each event and/or specific requests. Prices vary depending on cake size, filling, design complexity, collection, etc.
Do we have gluten free/vegan options?
Due to the nature of our cakes, we cannot offer vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free & egg-free cake options. We work within a kitchen that handles NUTS, DAIRY, GLUTEN, and SOY.

Do we do catering?
Absolutely not :) but maybe?
How should I transport my cake?
Cakes are best transported on a clean flat surface, such as the floor or boot of your vehicle. The air-conditioning must be always on and the cake be stowed away from direct lighting to prevent melting. We don't advise putting it in your trunks without any non-slip mat or in non-secured area. Boxes should be held upright, steady and level to avoid decorations from falling off.
Keep in mind, drive safely and try to avoid bumpy roads if possible!
For long journeys, you may want to consider the design of your cake. For example, using a different frosting, such as buttercream, instead of whipped cream, which holds shapes very nicely for a long time, ensures that your cake looks perfect upon arrival. We suggest that you choose a simpler design with no full toppings in case they fall off during transportation. OR, the safest option, bring someone along with you to hold the cake.
Do you provide undecorated cakes?
While undecorated cakes are available, due to our safety, we will not hold other decorators accountable for any lack of quality control or health & safety purposes.
You can order undecorated cake by asking us in advance through our contact information.
Can you 'copy' a design if I send it over?
While inspiration images are totally welcome to get an idea of design, we WILL NOT directly replicate other cakes for copyright reasons and personal preference. All cakes will therefore be bespoke and unique to each client.
