Please read our policies carefully before placing an order with us. By purchasing from our shop, you engage in our "Service" and our policies are bound to be in effect. If you do not agree to any of the term, then your order may not be accepted. We may update this policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at anytime.

1. Precaution
We caution clients with allergies to consume our sweets at their own risk.

2. Payment
We NO longer accept deposit. All pre-order cakes must be paid in full plus tax. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable in some specific cases. Please read cancellation and refund policy for details.
We accept cash, cards, and Venmo. We do not accept checks.
Once the order is approved and placed, our cancellation and refund policy are in effect.
3. Cancellation
Please be aware that late cancellations for personalized orders will result in the full price, including tax, becoming non-refundable and non-transferable. The handmade nature of our products means we cannot offer full refunds or exchanges for personalized items. When you cancel late, it creates challenges for us as these unique cakes are crafted specifically for you. Moreover, we may be unable to resell or repurpose them, leading to unnecessary waste.
All cancellations and changes are required a day or 24 hours prior to the date of pick-up. If canceled at least a day prior to the pick-up date and time, the payment will be fully refunded.
If the cake is finished and you fail to pick it up within 2 days from the original pick-up date, the order is considered canceled and the payment is non-refundable. But if you still manage to pick it up, then please keep in mind, within these 2 days, the cake will not get a redo or renewal, or there will be an extra charge for this service. The amount will depend on the order.
4. Guarantee / Disclaimer
We ensure your cake is decorated to your specifications. Major adjustments at pick-up can be made for an extra charge if not included in your original request. If the decoration is incorrect, we will fix it free of charge or offer a partial refund of up to 20%.
Design changes can be made a few days before pick-up if manageable. Late design change requests cannot be approved.
All orders are handled by our baker, Han. On busy days, she may not be in the shop to complete orders on time. Contact her directly via the provided phone number for a quick response.
Each cake is handmade, and decorations are subject to the decorator's artistic interpretation. While you can provide a photo for inspiration, we cannot guarantee an exact replica of another decorator's work. Please decide at your own risk.
5. Refund / Return / Changes
Once a product leaves our shop, the customer assumes responsibility for it. We are not liable for any damage during transport, setup, or afterward. You will receive instructions on how to handle, transport, and store your cake. Cakes are fragile and can be easily damaged if not handled properly. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for damages after pick-up. We appreciate your understanding.
If a cake has been used or consumed, we cannot issue refunds. Please return the cake within 24 hours of pick-up in its original state. Contact us promptly to discuss any issues.
For custom orders based on photos from other decorators, we do not guarantee exact duplication. Therefore, full refunds will not be issued if the cake does not meet your expectations.
Cake flavor and texture are subjective and will not be grounds for changes or refunds.
Once you or your designated person picks up an order, it is considered "accepted." We will confirm that everything is correct, such as design and spelling. Refunds for decorating style, writing, color shade, or general design will not be honored after acceptance. However, you may return the cake for design adjustments in some instances.
We will provide a full or partial refund only in the following cases:
Incorrect design, filling, or pick-up date. Please show proof for a full refund approval. Without proof, the issue will not be tolerated.
If the cake design (from our photos) does not meet your expectations, we will offer a partial refund. If you refuse to accept the cake, a full refund will not be given. You are not obligated to take the cake; this is a "take it or leave it" policy.
Failure to complete your order on the agreed date will result in a full refund.
We do not give refunds under any other circumstances.
