5. Refund / Return / Changes
Once your product leaves our shop, it becomes your responsibility. We are not liable for any damage during transport, setup, or afterward. To help ensure your cake arrives safely, we will provide instructions on handling, transporting, and storing it. Please note that cakes are delicate and require proper care. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for damages that occur after pick-up.
Refunds cannot be issued for cakes that have been used, consumed, or altered. If you encounter an issue, please contact us promptly and return the cake within 24 hours of pick-up in its original condition.
For custom designs inspired by photos from other decorators, we strive to capture the essence of your request but cannot guarantee exact duplication. Refunds will not be provided if the cake doesn’t perfectly match the reference photo.
The flavor and texture of cakes are subjective preferences and are not eligible for refunds or modifications.
When you or your designated person picks up the order, it is considered "accepted." At pick-up, we will confirm details like design accuracy and spelling. Refunds will not be given for issues related to decoration style, writing, color shades, or general design after the order is accepted. However, in certain cases, you may return the cake for design adjustments.
We will provide a full or partial refund in the following cases:
Incorrect Order Details: If the design, filling, or pick-up date does not match what was agreed upon, please provide proof for a full refund. Without proof, the issue cannot be resolved.
Order Incompletion: If we fail to complete your order by the agreed date, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds are not available for any other circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and your trust in our services.
