Please read our policies carefully before placing an order with us. By purchasing from our shop, you engage in our "Service" and our policies are bound to be in effect. If you do not agree to any of the term, then your order may not be accepted. We may update this policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at anytime.

1. Precaution
We caution clients with allergies to consume our sweets at their own risk.

Unfortunately, we do not make vegan or non-dairy cakes.
2. Payment
We NO longer accept deposit. All pre-order cakes must be paid in full.
We accept cash, cards, and Venmo. We do not accept checks.
Once the order is approved and placed, our cancellation and refund policy are in effect.
3. Cancellation
Please be aware that late cancellations for personalized orders will result in the full price, including tax, becoming non-refundable and non-transferable. The handmade nature of our products means we cannot offer full refunds or exchanges for personalized items. When you cancel late, it creates challenges for us as these unique cakes are crafted specifically for you. Moreover, we may be unable to resell or repurpose them, leading to unnecessary waste.
All cancellations are required a day or 24 hours prior to the date of pick-up. If canceled at least a day prior to the pick-up date and time, the payment will be fully refunded.
If the cake is finished and you fail to pick it up within 2 days from the original pick-up date, the order is considered canceled and the payment is non-refundable. But if you still manage to pick it up, then please keep in mind, within these 2 days, the cake will not get a redo or renewal, or there will be an extra charge for this service. The amount will depend on the order.
4. Guarantee / Disclaimer
We are committed to creating a cake that matches your specifications! If adjustments are needed at pick-up and weren’t part of the original request, we’re happy to make major changes for an additional charge. However, if there’s an error in the decoration, we’ll promptly fix it free of charge or offer a partial refund of up to 20%.
Design changes can typically be accommodated if requested a few days before pick-up, as long as they are manageable. Unfortunately, last-minute changes may not be possible, so we encourage you to finalize your design early.
All orders are personally oversees by our baker, Han. On especially busy days, she may not be available in the shop for consultations or design adjustments. For any urgent questions or updates, please feel free to reach out to her directly using the contact number provided.
Each cake is a handmade work of art, and while we do our best to bring your vision to life, decorations are subject to artistic interpretation. You’re welcome to share photos for inspiration, but please note we cannot guarantee an exact replica of another decorator’s work. Thank you for trusting us to create something special!
5. Refund / Return / Changes
Care and Responsibility
Once your product leaves our shop, it becomes your responsibility. We are not liable for any damage during transport, setup, or afterward. To help ensure your cake arrives safely, we will provide instructions on handling, transporting, and storing it. Please note that cakes are delicate and require proper care. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for damages that occur after pick-up.
Refunds and Returns
Refunds cannot be issued for cakes that have been used, consumed, or altered. If you encounter an issue, please contact us promptly and return the cake within 24 hours of pick-up in its original condition.
Custom Design Disclaimer
For custom designs inspired by photos from other decorators, we strive to capture the essence of your request but cannot guarantee exact duplication. Refunds will not be provided if the cake doesn’t perfectly match the reference photo.
Flavor and Texture
The flavor and texture of cakes are subjective preferences and are not eligible for refunds or modifications.
Order Acceptance
When you or your designated person picks up the order, it is considered "accepted." At pick-up, we will confirm details like design accuracy and spelling. Refunds will not be given for issues related to decoration style, writing, color shades, or general design after the order is accepted. However, in certain cases, you may return the cake for design adjustments.
Refund Eligibility
We will provide a full or partial refund in the following cases:
Incorrect Order Details: If the design, filling, or pick-up date does not match what was agreed upon, please provide proof for a full refund. Without proof, the issue cannot be resolved.
Order Incompletion: If we fail to complete your order by the agreed date, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds are not available for any other circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and your trust in our services.
