Effective June 2025, a 50% deposit will be required for all ONLINE pre-order cake valued at $100 or more via Zelle, Venmo and PayPal.
Cake boxes should be held upright, steady and level to avoid decorations from falling off, or a cupcake from toppling over.
Please place cake boxes onto a level, non-slip surface and try to avoid bumpy roads if possible (turn your car gently). The best place to keep your cake is on the floor of the passenger side with the A/C directed on it.Â
Never leave cakes out in direct sunlight as they will melt, become unstable and result in a terrible form of existence :<
Otherwise, the best option is to bring someone that you can trust with you to hold the cake on their lap!
If not serving right away please keep your cakes refrigerated in the meantime.
For buttercream cakes, we recommend letting them sit out at room temperature for 60 to 90 minutes; meanwhile, whipped cream cakes are ready to serve at any time. If buttercream frosting seems crumbly or hard in texture, the cake is still too cold. Allow cake to rest at room temperature a little longer.
For salted egg sponge cake, we recommend microwave the cake from 30 to 60 seconds before serving or when it is stored in the fridge for too long. The cake can be served warm or cold.
Please remove any inedible decorations like flowers, papers, plastic bubbles, or candles before cutting.
Leftover can be stored in an airtight container either in the refrigerator to maintain maximum moisture and freshness.
Our cakes are best served on the day of pick up.
If you would like to consume at a later date, you may also refrigerate cakes up to 5 days unless the cake has fresh fruits which needs to be consumed within 3 days.
